Hays Oil Company is a family owned fuel and lubricant distributor in business since 1938. Hays Oil Company started out as a Pennzoil distributor, selling the Number One selling oil for over 50 years.
In 1978 Hays Oil Company was purchased from the original owner by D.W. Dickey & Son, Inc. .
In addition to the Pennzoil line of products, the following product lines have been added. Altra, Schaeffer's, Shell, Mobil and Quaker State.
Hays Oil Company delivers it full line of packaged products, plus bulk lubricants, fuel, and home heating oil to customers in Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania within a 50 mile radius of its office in East Liverpool, OH.
