The East Liverpool site is home to the main office of Hays Oil Company, along with a bulk plant, and warehouse for packaged product. All trucks are radio dispatched from the East Liverpool location to Jefferson, Columbiana, and Carroll counties in Ohio, Hancock county in West Virginia, and Beaver county in Pennsylvania.

Lisbon Location
The Lisbon location consists of a bulk plant for storage of motor oils and hydraulic fluids as well as fuels. This allows deliveries to be made in the Lisbon area without trucks having to return to East Liverpool to refill.
